Having tossed and turned over the name of my book for what feels likes months, I am finally there. Seeing the cover for the first time is definitely a moment that makes it all feel very real!
Following the writing, rewriting, questioning, refining and probably talking about this book far too much to anyone who will listen, I’m very excited to finally share the title and cover of my new book:
Designed For More: Build a Life and Career You Love.
And I have to say, the more I’ve lived with the title, the more it feels exactly right.
This book is for anyone who has built a successful career but has started wondering what they actually want from the next part of it. Maybe you’re ready for something different. Maybe you’re not sure what different looks like yet. Or maybe life has changed and the version of success you’ve been working towards no longer fits quite as well as it once did.
Designed For More is not about throwing everything away and starting again. It’s about pausing long enough to understand who you are now, what matters to you, what brings out your best and what you want your career to make possible in the rest of your life.
It’s practical. There are exercises, questions and self-coaching throughout the book to help you move through the 4D Path - Discover, Define, Design and Do - and start turning all that thinking into choices and action.
It’s inspiring too. Career stories from my clients and colleagues are throughout the book to help bring to life what may be possible for you.
I’ve used much of this work with coaching clients for years, and I’ve also lived plenty of it myself. Seeing it finally becoming an actual book feels very special.
Coming very soon.
