Today is International Day of Women in Engineering, and I want to pause and acknowledge the women we get to work with across our programs, coaching and leadership development.
You are remarkable. Not just because you’re brilliant at what you do (you are), but because of the way you lead inside complex environments that don’t always make it easy.
Engineering is where ideas can become real. Where safety, precision, systems thinking, and execution matter. It’s high standards, high complexity, and often high pressure. And the women we work with in this space consistently show up with a combination that I deeply admire:
Capability and humility. Confidence and curiosity. Strength and care. Technical excellence and human leadership.
We love working with these women who are driving to lift the standard of leadership around you. You ask better questions. You hold the line on what matters. You bring people with you. You build trust. You get results without losing your values.
