There’s a lot of leadership content out there. Some of it I find inspiring. Some of it is just noise! A lot of it is tidy… and leadership rarely is.
So, I’m ensuring what you see from me is totally on purpose: The Real Deal - a weekly writing series for senior leaders who want to invest in their growth, perspective, and impact.
Not in a “more tips” kind of way. In a real-world leadership kind of way. I have the absolute privilege of sitting in boardrooms and executive team meetings, and being on the ground with leaders at every level - in corporate offices, mine sites, hospitals, sporting grounds, and for-purpose organisations.
