The Leadership Connection Program is a transformational, cross-industry experience designed for women advancing to senior positions of influence and leadership.
It’s not a “tips and tricks” course.
It’s not a content-heavy program that feels great in the moment and fades by Monday.
It’s not a generic leadership curriculum delivered at a distance.
This is a six-month journey where we do the deeper work that actually shifts how a woman leads, influences, backs herself, and builds the alliances that matter.
Because at senior levels, capability is expected.
What changes the game is how you hold your position, how you navigate complexity, how you influence without burning out… and how you stay true to who you are while you do it.
What makes this program different

Across six months, I work closely with participants to:

- Strengthen leadership confidence (not performative confidence - the grounded kind)
