The Leadership Connection offers women a unique opportunity to redefine their leadership narrative and propel themselves into senior positions of influence. Far from a conventional leadership program, this experience is a dynamic blend of challenge, growth, and life-changing moments over the course of six months. This experience is designed to help women to develop their own authentic leadership strategies, to take their confidence to a whole new level and develop their influence and impact.
This program addresses critical transition points, enabling companies to build their competitive advantage by developing woman leaders. Participants gain a comprehensive toolkit to thrive in agile environments and master the art of asserting their voice at the table—a pivotal factor in achieving success.
The essence of The Leadership Connection lies in its commitment to fostering authentic leadership strategies. It empowers women to elevate their confidence, amplifying their influence and impact in the professional sphere.
This program is aimed towards middle to senior-level, high-potential women. It encompasses six group sessions and four one-on-one executive coaching sessions, including a personalised Strengths Profile debrief. We bring in a variety of industry experts for many of the sessions, enhancing the program's depth and relevance.

The successful applicant will be awarded a scholarship valued at $3,750 plus gst to partly fund participation in the 2024 program commencing in late April. The Leadership Connection program is valued at $7,500 plus gst.
The applicant must be:
- Female;- In a senior leadership role;
- Based anywhere in Australia (face to face workshops in Melbourne or online option);
- Working in the For Purpose or Not-For-Profit sector
