Let’s be honest: January can go two ways.

You either come in with unrealistic expectations and burn out by week three…
or you come in so gently that nothing really changes.

There’s a sweet spot in the middle.
I call it: small moves, real momentum.

A calm, clear first chapter.

Because you don’t need a 12-month plan right now.
You need a way to begin.

A way that respects your energy, your life, your leadership… and still creates movement.

Here’s a reset question that actually helps:

What matters most in the next 30 days?
Not the whole year. Just the next 30.

Choose three anchors (keep it simple)
 

1) One habit that protects you
Sleep rhythm, movement, morning quiet, food that fuels you… whatever works.

2) One relationship that strengthens you
A friend, partner, mentor, colleague - who helps you stay you.

3) One focus that moves you
One project. One priority. One meaningful piece of work.

And then - this part matters (and it’s probably the hardest part!) - choose one thing you’re not doing this year.

What’s the “not this year” decision that creates space?

Because space is capacity.
And capacity is what makes leadership sustainable.

Small moves.
Real momentum.
A year that feels like yours.
