                Why Coaching Works (Especially at Senior Levels)

                Leadership can be surprisingly lonely. You’re expected to have the answers, stay composed, see around corners, and keep everyone moving - often while navigating ambiguity, pressure, and competing expectations.

                Coaching creates a rare kind of space. It’s practical, human, and focused. A place where you can take off the “leader face” for a minute and do the real work: thinking clearly, choosing intentionally, and leading in a way that actually feels like you.
