Friday’s are often the day we reflect on the week that was.
- What am I proud of?
- Where am I challenged?
- What do I need to change up for next week.
To help fuel your reflections this Friday here are 3 questions that relate to our blog this week:
How well do I know my core values, and how do they influence my leadership decisions and interactions?
Reflect on how aligned your actions and decisions are with your personal values and how consistently you lead with them.
Where can I allow myself to be more vulnerable as a leader to build deeper trust and connection with my team?
Consider moments where showing vulnerability could strengthen relationships and create an environment of openness and collaboration.
In what ways am I showing up authentically in my leadership, and how might I further embrace my true self to inspire and influence others?
Evaluate how authentically you are bringing yourself to your leadership role and identify areas where you can lead with more self-awareness and authenticity.
Building our muscle of leadership reflection is so critical to our growth. But sometimes it’s difficult to know where to start and what to reflect on. Given the success and feedback we received from the 21 Day Leadership Challenge we are going to bring this into our weekly content and provide some fuel for your reflection.
We would love to hear your personal leadership reflections. It really does help others to know where to start. And it can help you practice vulnerability by sharing!
