These reflection questions are designed to help you think more deeply about your leadership:

1. Influence:
   How am I using my influence to inspire trust and align others toward a shared vision, rather than relying on my position or authority?
2. Empower:
   Who am I empowering right now to take ownership and make their own ripples - and how am I backing them to succeed (or fail forward)?
3. Collaborate:
   Where can I strengthen collaboration by connecting my efforts with others to create a ripple effect that’s bigger than anything I could achieve alone?
