- What do I need to change up for next week, here are 3 questions that relate to our focus this week.
Where did I lead with presence this week, instead of pressure?
(Think: Did I slow down to really listen? Did I show up with curiosity, even in fast-moving moments?)
What signals did I send about what’s valued here - efficiency or empathy, speed or safety, answers or inquiry?
(Be honest: Are people likely to speak up and stretch - or play it safe?)
How did I make it easier - or harder - for my team to be human?
(Did I model vulnerability? Did I invite honest conversations? Or did I get caught up in performing or perfecting?)
