Your Friday Fuel is designed to bring focus to how you reflect on the week that was.
In addition to the big questions such as -
- What am I proud of?
- Where am I challenged?
- What do I need to change up for next week, here are 3 questions that relate to our focus this week.
These reflection questions are designed to help you think more deeply about your wellbeing:
- Who are you at your best as a leader, and how does your current state of wellbeing support or hinder you from showing up that way?
- What small, intentional actions can you take daily to prioritise your wellbeing and set an example for your team
- When was the last time you paused to notice signs of stress or decline in yourself, and how did you respond? What could you do differently next time?
These questions are designed to encourage you to connect with your inner self, take actionable steps toward better self-care and wellbeing, and lead with greater awareness and impact.
