Your Friday Fuel is designed to bring focus to how you reflect on the week that was.
In addition to the big questions such as -
- What am I proud of?
- Where am I challenged?
- What do I need to change up for next week, here are 3 questions that relate to our focus this week.
These reflection questions are designed to help you think more deeply about your strengths and how you could play to them:
- What activities or skills naturally energise and engage me, allowing me to perform at my best? How can I integrate these strengths more fully into my daily leadership?
- Reflect on a recent success: What strengths did I rely on to achieve it? How can I intentionally use these strengths to address current challenges or goals?
- In my leadership journey, where am I trying to "do it all" rather than focusing on my unique strengths? How can I shift my focus to maximise impact with less effort?
