2. What core values and beliefs keep me grounded as a leader?
How do these “roots” guide my decisions and actions, especially during tough times? Are there ways I can strengthen my alignment with these values to build greater resilience?
3. Who do I rely on for support, perspective, and honest feedback?
In what ways can I nurture these connections to ensure I’m surrounded by people who encourage my growth and resilience?
